岗位职责 1、负责协调水疗中心的宾客服务及运营工作。 2、对部门的产品及服务的销售工作进行管理。 3、发挥部属员工工作积极性。 4、负责分析经营状况，抓好财产管理，控制开支，提高经济效益。 5、研究水疗康乐消费市场，推广周期促销活动。 6、征求客人意见，处理客人投诉，分析服务质量管理中的问题。 7、参加酒店例会。主持部门例会，听取汇报，研究问题，布置任务。 岗位要求 1、大专以上学历，有相同岗位工作经验5年以上。 2、要求形象正面，工作态度端正。 3、良好的英语书面及口语能力。 4、对当地市场有一定的了解,熟悉本地宾客的消费心理,关注宾客需求，具备一定的客源。 5、能统筹水疗健身中心的营业、管理、销售等工作。 6、具有良好的沟通技巧和对客沟通能力，超前的创新意识、营思路和丰富的管理经验。
