岗位职责 1.负责宾客游泳的绝对安全、勤巡视池内泳者的动态，发现溺水者要迅速处理，做好抢救工作并及时向领导报告。 2.认真做好每天的清场工作。 3.负责游泳池水质的测验和保养及游泳场地的环境卫生。 4.上班集中精神，不得与无关人员闲谈，救生台不得空岗，无关人员不得进入池面。 5.勤在泳池边观察。注意游泳者的动向，防止发生意外，保证宾客的安全。对不会游泳者可作技术指导。 6.定时检查更衣室，杜绝隐患。 岗位要求 1. 中专以上学历，持有救生员证书。 2. 熟悉游泳池服务知识、掌握游泳和救生急救技术，懂得游泳卫生消毒知识，取得救生证。 3. 能按服务工作规范的质量标准独立进行工作。 4. 有在水中进行急救和在陆地上进行人工救护的能力。

1. 救生员务必持证上岗，具有高度的安全意识和责任感。 2.熟悉业务知识，观察、拖带、人工呼吸等业务水平达到规定要求。 3. 定期在救生组长的带领下进行业务训练，提高业务水平。 4. 按照责任划分的责任区和看水区域，做好游客的安全管理，严格按照儿童泳池、成人池、深水区、浅水区的规定进行管理。密切注意池内情况，发现有求救信号、溺水等异常情况的应果断迅速采取有效救助措施。 5.落实急救制度，做到岗位明确，有条不紊。维护池内正常游泳秩序，对违反游泳管理规定的泳客应予劝阻、警告，对不服从管理的泳客及时上报救生组长和主任。 6.保持部门救生室休息室内的清洁卫生以及游泳池内的环境卫生。精确的知道游泳池氯的含量。 7.泳池有客人的情况下，禁止离开指定岗位责任区，如需离开，请及时报备，否则承担擅自离开后的一切后果。 8.了解整个健身中心包括健身器材、蒸汽房、桑拿、游泳池、会员定价和按摩美容。 9.严格按照酒店标准流程办理会员卡、私教课卡等卡项。

客人进入游泳池/开放区域后，救生员必须在游泳池/水边待命确保一直都在。主要职责是观察水面和泳池内的所有客人并持续留意。救生员不得擅自离岗。如救生员需要承担其他任务或服务，如用餐/或去洗手间休息，救生员须在主管的批准下无缝地寻找可替代同事。 As soon as a guest enters the swimming pool / open water, the life guard must stand by at the pool / beach watch tower at all times.
