【岗位职责】 1、具有高度的安全意识和责任感，对会员安全负责。 2、做好游泳者的安全管理。 3、密切注意池内情况，对于各种异常情况，果断迅速的采取有效求助措施。 4、定期进行业务技术学习，相互交流经验，不断提高业务水平。 【岗位要求】 1、熟悉游泳池，沙滩吧服务知识，掌握游泳和救生急救技术，掌握游泳卫生消毒知识。 2、需具备水上紧急救援技能及陆地人工救护专业知识，能够在发生水上或陆地意外时，迅速、有效地实施急救措施，保障人员安全。

【岗位职责】 1.遵守酒店各项规章制度，严格按规范操作。 2.保证工作区域的干净整洁，为客人提供优质的服务。 3.按时领好部门钥匙打开泳池的门，打开各通道的门、电源开关、空调。保证各区域的照明，空调调制正确合适的温度。 4.礼貌待客、积极推销其他设施。 5.定期检查部门中的设施设备，确保所有设备保养良好，整洁完好，运作正常。 6.严格执行泳池规定，礼貌劝阻泳客勿在池边跳水、追逐、打闹或非泳池客人进入游泳池范围休息。 7.坚守岗位，人不离池，思想集中，反映灵活，密切注意池内泳客的情况，发现险情及时抢救，保证泳客的生命安全。 8.执行健身中心主管或上级领导分配的其他任务。 【岗位要求】 1.和同事保持良好的关系以促进酒店的士气和团队精神。 2.按照上级指示完成额外的工作职责。 3.协助其他康乐部同事并创造友好的氛围。 4.积极为客人服务的态度。 5.具有组织协调能力、应变能力、经营能力以及文字表达能力和信息管理能力。

【岗位职责】 1、根据经理制定的工作计划，负责监督、协调分配部门内各岗位人员的工作顺利实施。 2、善于协调部门之间和部门内部人际关系，提高工作效率。 3、负责处理客人投诉，并将处理结果上报上级。 4、协助部门对每日客流量进行综合分析，制定接客方案、部署工作，保证每日的营运正常。 5、完成经理交办的其他事项。 【岗位要求】 1、旅游管理或酒店管理专业优先。 2、具备良好的职业道德和敬业精神，工作认真负责。 3、具有较强的组织协调能力以及社交能力。 4、熟悉温泉行业，取得相关专业资格证书优先。 5、熟悉电脑操作。
