岗位职责： 1. 确保客户、员工等、所有人员和所有资产的安全和可靠的环境； 2.全面负责温泉部的经营管理； 3.建立健全温泉的组织管理体系，使之合理化、精简化、高效化； 4.指导培训工作，培养人才，提高服务质量和员工素质； 5.参与制定温泉资源战略规划，为重大温泉决策提供建议和信息支持； 6.负责温泉事业部各种职系人员发展体系的建立，做好人员发展的日常管理工作； 7.实施营销计划，督促完成各项任务和经营指标； 8.负责建立门店内各项规章制度以及各部门的协调工作； 9.建立良好的对客关系，积极认真地处理宾客的投诉，保证最大限度地满足宾客的需求，提高服务质量； 10. 确保客户、员工和业主的满意及以上（包括但不限于具有足够高于标准、出色、创新和每月更新的产品和服务）； 11. 监控并支持超越竞争对手； 12. 支持准备并超越部门预算，并最大限度地支持整体物业表现优异。 岗位要求： 1.良好的团队意识。 2.掌握一定的电脑办公能力。 3.受过现代温泉旅游管理技术和管理能力开发等方面的培训。 4.具有2年以上温泉旅游景区管理相关工作经验。 5.有川渝两地温泉管理工作经历者优先。 6.具备一定的才艺、体育特长及对户外活动感性兴趣者优先。
