工作职责:
The training manager coordinates and manages the implementation of trainings in line with brand and corporate policies and procedures. This role develops and maintains training resources, implement systems that promote growth and development, ensuring that all promises to stakeholders are delivered. He / she assists the senior training manager in creating an effective and efficient operation for RMCC APAC.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
To strengthen RMCC’s training and capability infrastructure in support of team and business growth, this role is responsible for driving the effective development and delivery of both commercial technical and business-focused capability training, alongside the creation of scalable training materials and knowledge resources, including leveraging Hilton enterprise AI-enabled learning tools and content to enhance efficiency and accessibility at scale.
The role ensures consistent and high-quality execution of core RMCC training programs and initiatives, including the Management Trainee Program, mentoring, onboarding, and committee-led learning activities, while also integrating AI-driven approaches into training delivery and knowledge sharing to improve learning effectiveness and workflow efficiency.
By enhancing training coverage, consistency, and delivery capacity, this role plays a key part in enabling the scalability, accelerating readiness and operational effectiveness of RMCC APAC, supporting sustainable capability in building an efficiency and performance-driven environment.[TS1.1]
What will I be doing?
As the training manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards.
Business Capability Alignment[TS2.1]
• Partner with the RMCC leadership team and Senior Commercial Training Manager to translate business priorities into scalable capability plans and learning frameworks.
• Identify capability gaps across the center, focusing on execution quality, system utilization, and commercial effectiveness, while effectively influencing stakeholders and partnering with business leaders to drive capability improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to capability planning by aligning training initiatives with business performance goal and scalability needs, ensuring strong pipeline readiness for critical roles.
• Support the evolution of RMCC capability and efficiency frameworks in line with operational complexity and growth.
• Remain agile and responsive to evolving business needs, taking on additional training initiatives as required by the RMCC leadership team.
Program Delivery, Onboarding & Capability Development[TS3.1]
• Lead and support onboarding programs to ensure fast onboarding integration, system proficiency, and business readiness for new joiners.
• Facilitate and deliver key RMCC programs, including the Management Trainee (MT) Program and Mentoring Program, ensuring consistent execution and measurable impact.
• Develop and maintain structured, RMCC role-specific learning journeys aligned with RMCC needs.
• Maintain visibility of team members’ learning progress and records, providing actionable insights to managers on capability development.
• Partner with the RMCC Learning Committee, HR and business stakeholders to support center-wide capability initiatives.
• Ensuring consistent execution and measurable impact on capability pipeline and team readiness.
Training Delivery & Business Support
• Conduct ongoing capability assessments and training needs analyses and implement targeted, business-driven trainings aligned with business priorities.
• Design and deliver structured, execution-focused training programs to improve day-to-day operational effectiveness and team performance, this includes and not limited to; execution-focused business topics and soft skills (e.g., communication, persuasion, personal effectiveness).
• Project/program and change management in the qualifications
• Act as a capability partner to the center, providing practical, on-the-ground training support to teams and managers.
• Ensure training content is relevant, standardized, and aligned with RMCC systems, tools, and workflows.
• Ensure effective training on RMCC systems, tools, and workflows to support consistent execution across the center.
• Liaise with L&D team on non-business-focused topics and corporate learning needs to ensure efficient resource utilization and effective alignment with RMCC business priorities.
AI & Knowledge Enablement
• Drive the adoption of Hilton Enterprise AI tools within RMCC to enhance training effectiveness and workflow execution.
• Collaborate with RMCC leadership and project teams to identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency and address capability gaps.
• Develop and maintain AI-enabled knowledge resources (e.g., playbooks, prompts, scenario-based materials).
• Embed AI into training delivery and daily operations to improve productivity, consistency, and scalability.[TS4.1]

You have these minimum qualifications:
• University graduate.
• Minimum 5 years of related working experience. [TS5.1]
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese to meet business needs.
• Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to lead change management efforts and drive adoption of new initiatives/tools across the center.
• Exposure to AI tools or digital learning solutions is an advantage[TS6.1]
• Proven experience in training delivery and capability development, with strong facilitation skills and the ability to identify performance gaps.
• Experience in designing and implementing structured learning solutions and frameworks, coupled with the ability to deliver training programs that enhance execution quality and drive business outcomes.[TS7.1]
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and coaching abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Experience in corporate or hospitality environments is a plus.
