1. Supervises and may participate in HSKP services,including cleaning, mopping, scrubbing, sanitizing the floor and other surfaces as well as the refinishing,waxing and polishing of floors, tile work and other various floor and wallsurface in stairways, hallway, restrooms, offices, laboratories, recreation andlocker-rooms. Ensure that common areas including conference rooms, lobby, andwaiting areas are sanitary, clean and free of trash and debris.

2. Directs and controls all subordinate VillaAttendants to ensure that all day to day operational matters are handled ontime and guest expectations are met.

3. Assigns villas for cleaning as per schedules andmonitors the cleaning process.

4. Ensures that vacant public area are cleaned on time,checks them on completion of cleaning and reports back to housekeeping oncecomplete.

5. Reports engineering failures and breakdowns andfollows up on repair schedules

6. To attend to any ad hoc guests requests ensuringthat they are is properly attended to.

7. To oversee the turndown process ensuring speciallyrequested times are adhered to.

8. Act as a link between Management and line staff inorder to ensure efective communication.
