岗位职责： 1.负责宾客游泳的绝对安全、勤巡视池内泳者的动态，发现溺水者要迅速处理，做好抢救工作并及时向领导报告。 2.认真做好每天的清场工作。 3.负责游泳池水质的测验和保养及游泳场地的环境卫生。 4.上班集中精神，不得与无关人员闲谈，救生台不得空岗，无关人员不得进入池面。 5.勤在泳池边观察。注意游泳者的动向，防止发生意外，保证宾客的安全。对不会游泳者可作技术指导。 6.定时检查更衣室，杜绝隐患。 任职资格： 1. 高中以上文化程度，持有救生证； 2.具有良好的的沟通能力，游泳好，有工作经验者优先； 3.工作认真负责，吃苦耐劳，有协作精神，能适应酒店的工作； 4.了解基本急救知识与技巧，能为客人提供紧急救护

【岗位职责】 1. 随时关注区域内客人动态，尤其是嬉戏的儿童及老人 2. 使用望远镜观察远距离区域的客人动态 3. 发现危险及潜在危险状况及时吹哨提示并劝阻客人。 4. 在当班期间，关注并看护在泳池及海边游泳区的客人，并做出判断客人是否溺水。 5. 客人溺水时，根据标准操作程序，正确进行救生行为。 【职位要求 】 1. 有救生员证 2. 安全意识强，服务意识强 3. 擅长游泳，会急救操作
