能独立管理艾迪逊的儿童项目。确保艾迪逊的儿童区域干净并且无安全隐患。指导儿童乐园的服务同事作。 为孩子制定日程表和有特色的活动。 监督儿童区域内的运营，调整同事排班，休息时间。 监督和照顾在儿童乐园的孩子们。 公平的对待所有孩子，但对新来的孩子，害羞的孩子，身体和精神有缺陷的孩子要特别关注。 提倡一个安全，干净，有秩序的和保养良好的环境；执行日常清洁任务。 向顾客介绍康乐部的器材，活动，课程和设备。 熟悉酒店提供的青少年项目并能够向顾客们介绍和推销这些项目（当面或通过电话）。 管理物资，材料和设备的库存，并将低库存的物品上报给主管或经理。

【岗位职责】 1、协助经理主持儿童乐园工作；实施各经营项目；提供经营与日常管理的方案。 2、巡视儿童乐园，确保营业的正常进行。 3、抽查各种设施，确定能正常营业。 4、抽查员工上岗情况，确定设备正常运作；对人员、物资、服务质量、安全、防火负全责。 5、处理宾客投诉，尽量满足宾客要求，维护酒店利益。 6、对员工进行培训，并制定相关管理规范，保证服务质量。 【岗位要求】 1、大专以上学历，有相同岗位工作经验3年以上。 2、掌握酒店基础管理知识，懂得成本管理与核算，熟悉儿童乐园设施管理。 3、具有级织，指挥、计划、控制和协调能力。 4、有拓展市场，发展业务的能力。 5、有较好的文字组织和语言组织表达能力。
