当观察到游泳者需要协助时，使用正确的救生技巧进行救助。时刻注意泳池区是否有安全隐患或是不安全的行为和溺水者。向主管或经理报备顾客有可能发生的危险情况。在专业的紧急医疗人员来之前，向受伤的顾客提供协助。给顾客们营造一个有趣且放松的环境。 在区域及活动中，以乐观并热情的态度向顾客们提供一个有趣且放松的环境。 观察顾客是否正确的使用康乐设施，如遇到紧急情况，应按照当地操作程序作出处理。 为了更好指导顾客使用器材，完成法律或设备制造商提供的资质考核。 根据工作区域所需的毛巾数量，每日向洗衣房拿取足够的毛巾并按照公司的标准折叠和摆放毛巾。 清洗泳池木栈道。 当观察到游泳者需要协助时，使用正确的救生技巧进行救助。 使用泳池边的救生设备对处于危险中的顾客进行救援。 监控泳池区域是否存在安全隐患，危险行为发生。
