【岗位职责】 1、负责宾客游泳的安全、勤巡视池内泳者的动态，发现溺水者要迅速处理，做好抢救工作并及时向领导报告。 2、认真做好每天的清场工作。 3、负责游泳池水质的测验和保养及游泳场地的环境卫生。 4、上班集中精神，不得与无关人员闲谈，救生台不得空岗，无关人员不得进入池面。 5、勤在泳池边观察。注意游泳者的动向，防止发生意外，保证宾客的安全。对不会游泳者可作技术指导。 6、定时检查更衣室，杜绝隐患。 【岗位要求】 1、高中学历，或相关院校毕业生。 2、 熟悉游泳池服务知识、掌握游泳和救生急救技术，懂得游泳卫生消毒知识，取得白卡以上救生证书。 3、 能按服务工作规范的质量标准独立进行工作。 4、 有在水中进行急救和在陆地上进行人工救护的能力。
