Responsible for the hotel's art, planning, advertising design, publicity
and management work, to ensure the consistency of the hotel's internal and
external image.

KEY RESULT AREAS

1. To develop andfoster a positive image and relationship between the hotel and the public, i.e.vendors, suppliers, guests, clients and the community. Will function under thepreview of Area Director of Sales & Marketing
树立饭店良好形象并与公众(卖主、供应商、客户及社会)建立良好的关系
2. The MarketingCommunications Manager performs her duties within the framework defined by theBanyan Tree Group, hotel norms and by internal rules and regulations asspecified by Director of Sales & Marketing
遵循集团和下属酒店所列的各项规定及本酒店的规章制度,在市场销售总监具体指导下,履行自己的职责
3. The MarketingCommunications Manager draws up the Public Relation action, advertising andmedia plan on an annual basis for the hotel
每年为饭店制定公关及媒体宣传计划
4. Organize regularvisits by professional persons from the media and members of the trade to thehotel
定期组织新闻界和商界人士参观饭店
5. Ensures thatstationary and printed items are standardized and conforms to the Banyan Treestandards
确保所有文具和印刷品完全符合集团标准
6. Ensure optimumpublicity is created for all major hotel happening

7. Supervise taking ofphotographs and prepare news release of events undertaken by the hotel

8. Organizes bothinternal and external PR activities. e.g. inter-departmental or in-houseactivities
