1.Maintain standard of services that has been established by Spa Academy. 高度保持水疗培训学校出台的服务标准。 2.Ensure that all subordinate associates maintain a professional image at all times to ensure a good service experience for guests. 确保时刻维持专业形象，保证给予客人良好的服务体验。 3.Be fully conversant with Banyan Tree Spa services and facilities in order to be able to make helpful recommendations, and to be able to up-sell Spa services and Spa products. 对于悦榕庄水疗的各种服务项目和设施设备要熟记于心, 便于随时对服务和产品进行升级销售。 岗位要求 1.
