【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店泳池区域的日常安全巡视，确保泳客安全，预防溺水等意外事故发生； 2、及时处理泳池突发安全事件，实施紧急救援措施，必要时进行心肺复苏等急救操作； 3、维护泳池秩序，对违反安全规定的行为进行劝阻和纠正； 4、定期检查救生设备（如救生圈、救生杆、急救箱等）的完好性，确保随时可用； 5、协助完成泳池开放前的准备工作及闭池后的安全检查； 6、记录每日安全巡查情况，及时上报安全隐患或异常事件； 7、配合其他部门完成与泳池相关的活动或临时任务。 【岗位要求】 1、持有有效的救生员资格证书（如国家职业资格救生员证或红十字会救生员证）； 2、具备基本的水上救生技能及急救知识，能熟练实施心肺复苏（CPR）等急救操作； 3、身体健康，体能良好，能适应长时间站立、巡逻及水中救援工作； 4、责任心强，反应敏捷，具备良好的观察力和应急处理能力； 5、有酒店或大型泳池救生工作经验者优先； 6、能适应轮班工作制（含周末及节假日）。

About the location: Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen is ideally located in the heart of the commercial district of Futian, across the Shenzhen Conference & Exhibition Center and a short walk from the Civic Center which houses the city’s Municipal Hall and Museum as well as near the famed Shenzhen Concert Hall and Library. The Hotel is surrounded by 3 modern shopping malls and is a few steps away from the subway metro station and 10-minute drive to 2 Hong Kong borders of Huanggang and Futian. Built along contemporary lines, the Hotel features 266 rooms inclusive of 32 suites, a Club Lounge, Business Centre, 4 food and beverage outlets, and a grand ballroom with 5 other function venues plus a unique outdoor multilevel Terraces. SUMMARY OF POSITION 职位概括 Provide security for swimming pool guests and have swimming teaching ability. 为泳池客人提供安全保障并具备有用教学能力。 Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. 与同事和主管工作融洽、专业。 Handle all member/guests interaction with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with club or hotel services. 以高水平的热情和专业态度处理所有会员及客人的互动，尽可能满足特殊要求，解决客户投诉；协助客户解决所有与俱乐部或酒店服务有关的问题。 Properly book all necessary reservations that pertain to necessary pool services or activities i.e. swim lessons, pool games, swim meets. 正确预定所有与泳池服务或活动有关的必要预定，如游泳课、游泳游戏、游泳比赛。 The ability to enforce family pool rules. 能够执行遵守泳池规则。 Ability to handle, store and utilize all chemicals properly and safely. 能够正确和安全地处理、储存和使用所有化学品。 Ensure compliance of daily, and opening/closing checklists by walking and ensuring all areas of the pool are well maintained and presentable. 通过每天巡场确保开档及关档工作的完成。并确保泳池的所有区域都得到良好的维护和展示。 PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS 职位要求 College Degree – minimum of 2 year college. 大专学历及以上。 Good team player and corporate attitude. 良好的团队合作精神和工作态度。 Ability to use necessary water safety equipment trained at certification to include but not limited to i.e. Safety tube, lifeline, and defibulator. 能够使用在认证中培训过的必要的水安全设备，包括但不限于：安全管、救生索和除颤器。
