岗位职责 1、提供全面的运动指导服务，场内常规技术辅导及健身器械使用指导。 2、为居民科学制订训练计划。 3、负责训练、指导工作及居民服务工作。 4、指导居民正确的锻炼，作好居民的健身记录。保证居民安全。 5、推广并销售与健身有关的系列产品。 岗位要求 1、大专以上学历，有救生员证，有相同岗位工作经验2年以上。 2、热爱健身运动，具有一定健身基础理论知识。 3、工作勤奋，肯吃苦，具有团队合作精神。 4、与居民的有效沟通能力强，具有服务意识，为人正直、诚实、敬业。 5、具有良好的工作习惯、较高的职业素养与道德。

（1）岗位职责： 1、 负责宾客游泳的绝对安全、勤巡视池内泳者的动态，发现溺水者要迅速处理，做好抢救工作并及时向领导报告。 2、 执行对泳池区域的清洁工作。 3、 当泳池开放时，对所有泳池使用者保持持续的警惕。 4、 每两小时记录泳池温度、PH值和含氯量。 5、 向工程部报告维修问题。 6、 补充干净的毛巾，定期更换用过的毛巾。 7、 欢迎客人，并且热情的帮助他们解决所提出的问题和要求。 8、 执行分配的其他义务与责任。 （2）任职资格：有救生员资格证

Oversee and manage the overall operations of FIT and WET, focusing on maintaining operational standards and brand concepts. Responsible for human resources affairs, membership cards, performance targets, customer experience, talent development, and training.
