1.To manage the Human Resources Department, ensuringcompliance with all Hotel policies & procedures, and local governmentregulations pertaining to employment practice.

2.To develop a Human Resources Strategic plan inalignment with the Hotel’s business plan.

3. To investigate and review all disciplinary actionsto ensure the policies and the applicable laws are followed.

4.To review personnel policies, procedures andpractices and recommend improvements to Management.

5. Maintain relationship with appropriateauthorities to ensure kept up to date on changes to regulations andopportunities to provide input.

1.Develop, direct and oversee overall hotelrecruitment and hiring activities strategies for all Expat and National Expatpositions.

1.To oversee orientation of all new associates inaccordance with hotel guidelines.
