1.Lead and motivate AWAY Spa talent to a level of service which exceedsall guest expectations by facilitating team work and ensuring all duties areperformed in a consistent manner and in the time allocated.

3.To market the service of the AWAY Spa facilities in the local andregional market, ensuring revenue target is achieved.

4.To ensure that all facilities are operation efficiently to achieve thehighest possible revenues and profit.

5.Act in accordance with all policies, personnel policies, AWAY Spapolicies and procedures including all health and sanitary regulations Provideoptimum service through talent training, coaching, feedback and ensuringadequate talent levels.
自觉按照所有政策、人事政策、AWAY Spa的政策和程序,包括所有的公共卫生法规与要求,提供最佳的服务。通过英才培训,指导,反馈,并确保胜任的英才水准与足够的英才资源。
6.In charge of the preparation of yearly operating budget, monthly P&Lanalysis, relevant business plan and promotion plan as well.
负责编写水疗及康乐的年度经营预算、月度损益分析、经营计划制定及相关促销活动计划推广等。
1、Ensure through effective supervision that all services offered at the Spa& Hot Spring area are Carried out with utmost professionalism, efficiency and courtesy.
确保通过有效的管理使得水疗温泉部的所有服务都能达到最大的专业及效率;
2、Oversee, supervise and monitor all facets of daily operations.
监督及管理所有日常运作事项;
3、Maintain and enhance guest satisfaction through effective relations and inter-personal skills.
保持及加强良好内外关系达到客人满意度;
4、Oversees the service standards in the outlet ensuring that they do the requisite standards and meet or exceed guest expectations.
监督部门服务标准,确保达到或超出客人所预期的;
5、Participate and assist in the preparation of Annual Department Budget.
参与准备部门年度预算;
6、Ensure that expenses are in line, or below with Department's Operational Budget and that costs are strictly controlled.
确保部门开支得当,严格控制部门预算及成本,减少支出;
7、Ensure all subordinates present a professional image and pleasant disposition to enhance guests experience at all times.
确保员工向客人传达专业的印象和友善的气质增加满意度;
8、Build an efficient and productive team of associates by taking an active interest in their welfare, safety, training and development and through effective counseling.
关心员工福利、安全、培训、发展及通过有效交流,建立效能、多产的员工团队;
9、Ensure that all associates have complete understanding of the Spa&Hot Spring and Hotel's policies and procedures, rules and regulations.
确保员工对温泉部门及酒店的规章制度、政策、程序都全面的了解;
10、Conduct orientation program and training courses for new associates and regular “refresher” course for existing associates.
为新员工进行入职培训课程;对现有员工定期做进修课程。
礼貌并有效地处理客人和员工的投诉或询问,并将无法立即处理的客人投诉或困难时,需汇报至主管并持续跟进确保解决。
Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.

Realize that his/her primary role is to be of service to the guest and that their needs & safety come first.

Must impart correct information & advise the guest on the various services/activities in the hotel.
