3.Be knowledgeableabout all hotel facilities in order to promote and sell them to guests

4.Conduct activitiesand services for guest, members and registered children while giving properinstruction and safety reminders

5. Coordinate the cleaning and maintenance team to ensure that the facilities and environment of the department are in optimal condition.
