5.Act in accordance with all policies, personnel policies, AWAY Spapolicies and procedures including all health and sanitary regulations Provideoptimum service through talent training, coaching, feedback and ensuringadequate talent levels.

6.In charge of the preparation of yearly operating budget, monthly P&Lanalysis, relevant business plan and promotion plan as well.
