日常管理和训练 Day to Day Management and Training
· 按照水疗中心操作步骤工作,并给水疗主管给予意见反饋,从而适当的微调相关标准。
Follow the Spa operating procedures and provide feedback to the Spa Supervisor in order to fine tune the standards where applicable.
· 实行会员、酒店住客或日间水疗中心客人咨询活动,并在每次疗程完成后填写健康咨询表。
Carry out consultations for Members, Hotel Guests or Day Spa Guests and fill out a consultation form for each treatment completed.
· 按照疗程训练手册所列的模式提供水疗、美容和按摩疗程。
Provide spa, beauty and massage treatments in accordance with the treatment protocols detailed in the Therapy Training Manual.
· 对所提供的一切疗程、服务和零售知识抱持信心。如果对某一疗程或服务觉得信心不足,请要求补习训练。
Be competent in all treatments, services and retail product knowledge. Request refresher training in the event, you do not feel confident in a particular treatment or service.
· 全面了解日常的疗程预订时间表,整天不时知悉任何相关改动。
To be fully aware of the daily treatment booking schedule and to keep updated with any changes throughout the day.
· 每次疗程结束时,给客人建议零售产品,务求发挥客人成效,达到水疗中心每天的销售目标。
Recommend retail products at the end of every treatment in order to maximize the client’s results and achieve the Spa daily sales targets.
· 确保所有理疗师遵守标准疗程室的布置政策和水疗之旅。
Follow the standard treatment room set up and spa journey.
· 每天检查预备室和疗程室的专业用品存货,并跟水疗主管商讨数量是否配合已订/预期预约的疗程份量。
Check the professional products in the preparation and treatment rooms on a daily basis and discuss quantities vs. treatments booked / expected with the Spa Supervisor.
· 确保您按照跟水疗中心接待处议定的时间休息。
Ensure that you take your break at the scheduled time and as agreed with Spa Reception.
· 参与在水疗中心/酒店范围筹办的美容示范和疗程介绍,并在水疗总监同意下,参与给外界团体筹办的同类活动。
Participate in beauty demonstrations and therapy presentations within the Spa / Hotel and for outside groups in agreement with the Director of spa.
· 按照在系统预订的时间/疗程室开展指定的服务。
Commence your bookings at the specified time / treatment room reserved in the system.
· 确保套用所有疗程品牌标准;包括客人称呼、客人舒适度和休息安排等,从而达到最高的服务水平。
Ensure all treatment brand standards; use of Guest name, Guest Comfort, Guest Refreshment etc. is used in order to achieve the highest level of service.
· 整天于服务每个客人之间,也要维持疗程室高度卫生和整洁的水平。
Maintain a high level of treatment room hygiene and cleanliness and tidy constantly throughout the day in between clients.
· 确保所有专业用品的存货洁净,并安放于疗程室或预备室内。
Ensure all professional product is clean and secured in the either the treatment room or preparation room.
