岗位职责 1.具有高度的安全意识和责任感，对会员安全负责。 2.做好游泳者的安全管理。 3.密切注意池内情况，对于各种异常情况，果断迅速的采取有效求助措施。 4.定期进行业务技术学习，相互交流经验，不断提高业务水平。 岗位要求 1.熟悉游泳池，沙滩吧服务知识，掌握游泳和救生急救技术，懂得游泳卫生消毒知识； 2.有在水中进行急救和在陆地上进行人工救护的能力。 3.本人持有救生员证书。
