Scope and Objectives: Be responsible for the establishment and execution of clear short- and long-term goals to ensure the combined elements of well-being in the resort are aligned with the hotel brand values. This includes the daily leadership of the spa and / or fitness / recreation team, business and strategic directions of the business including marketing and social activities to promote the spa and / or wellness facilities. The quality and guest experience, as well as team motivation, is a key component of everyday operations. Proactive management of financial P / L for maximum business opportunities as well as ensuring optimal internal auditing processes are in place. This role has a particular focus on not only the genuine well-being of the guests but also the well-being of the colleagues and colleagues programming, working closely with Talent and Culture teams.  Job Responsibilities: • Adhere to the Spa and Recreation Policy & Standard Operating Procedures manual. • Act as an Ambassador for wellness at the hotel representing the brand values for colleagues establishing relationships with internal and external stakeholders representing the values of the brand and Accor. If none are available, seek support from the corporate teams. • Create wellness programming events / retreats and / or workshops to drive the concepts of well-being specific to the brand and the facility.   Revenue Management and Financial Responsibilities: • Establish strong yearly KPI goals aligned with expected revenue. • Follow the revenue management guideline for Accor for spa / well-being. • Attend meetings to understand new business opportunities within the hotel and the local community. • Practise revenue management to maximise daily targets. • Establish a pricing list as per the revenue management recommendations. • Assist management with the month-end profit and loss statement distribution.  Guest Quality and Operational Excellence: • Ensure guest / member preferences and special requests are accommodated to the best of the property’s abilities. • Perform regular treatment and facility audits to maintain brand standards. • Be present in daily operations to oversee the success of the guest and colleague experience, including daily walk-throughs to assess quality. • Provide tools for the team to best manage the day to day operations resulting in excellent and anticipated guest service.

岗位职责 1.负责宾客游泳的绝对安全、勤巡视池内泳者的动态，发现溺水者要迅速处理，做好抢救工作并及时向领导报告。 2.认真做好每天的清场工作。 3.负责游泳池水质的测验和保养及游泳场地的环境卫生。 4.上班集中精神，不得与无关人员闲谈，救生台不得空岗，无关人员不得进入池面。 5.勤在泳池边观察。注意游泳者的动向，防止发生意外，保证宾客的安全。对不会游泳者可作技术指导。 6.定时检查更衣室，杜绝隐患。 岗位要求 1. 中技及以上学历，持有救生证。 2. 熟悉游泳池服务知识、掌握游泳和救生急救技术，懂得游泳卫生消毒知识，取得救生员证书。 3. 能按服务工作规范的质量标准独立进行工作。 4. 有在水中进行急救和在陆地上进行人工救护的能力。 5. 有良好的沟通及表达能力。

Plan and organize large-scale promotional activities in advance. Ensure that staff can provide high-standard services to guests at any time. Ensure that all equipment in the department is in good condition, clean and tidy. Take full responsibility for the daily work of the recreation department; implement various business projects; provide business and daily management plans. 2.制定部门各岗位工程程序与服务标准，培训并贯彻实施，保证服务质量。 Develop engineering procedures and service standards for each position in the department, train and implement them to ensure service quality. 3.制定部门各岗位人员编制，安排员工培训，提高员工业务水平和整体素质，根据业务需要合理组织和调配人员，提高工作效率。 Develop the staffing for each position in the department, arrange employee training, improve employees' professional skills and overall quality, organize and allocate personnel reasonably according to business needs, and improve work efficiency. 4.抽查员工上岗情况，确定设备正常运作；对人员、物资、服务质量、安全、防火负全责。 Check the on-duty status of employees, ensure the normal operation of equipment; be fully responsible for personnel, materials, service quality, safety and fire prevention. 5.处理宾客投诉与特殊需求，提供个性化服务解决方案。 Handle guest complaints and special requests, provide personalized service solutions.  6.控制部门预算，优化运营成本与资源分配。 Control the departmental budget, optimize operational costs and resource allocation. 专业知识技能： Job Knowledge / Skill: 1.具备酒店管理、体育休闲或相关领域知识优先。 Knowledge in hotel management, sports and leisure or related fields is preferred.  2。优秀的团队管理与沟通协调能力。 Excellent team management and communication coordination skills.  3.注重细节，能够高效处理多任务与突发情况。 Pay attention to details and be capable of efficiently handling multiple tasks and unexpected situations. 4.持有救生证、红十字急救证书，熟练掌握泳池水质调节技术。 Possess a lifeguard certificate and a Red Cross first aid certificate, and be proficient in the techniques for adjusting pool water quality.  5.对健康生活方式有热情，了解当前康乐行业趋势。 Have a passion for a healthy lifestyle and be aware of the current trends in the leisure industry.
