客人进入游泳池/开放区域后，救生员必须在游泳池/水边待命确保一直都在。主要职责是观察水面和泳池内的所有客人并持续留意。救生员不得擅自离岗。如救生员需要承担其他任务或服务，如用餐/或去洗手间休息，救生员须在主管的批准下无缝地寻找可替代同事。 As soon as a guest enters the swimming pool / open water, the life guard must stand by at the pool / beach watch tower at all times. The main duty is to observe the water surface and all guests inside the water consistently. Lifeguard should NEVER leave their post unattended at any time. 招聘户外泳池救生员 【岗位职责】 1、具有高度的安全意识和责任感，对使用泳池客人安全负责。 2、做好游泳者的安全管理。 3、密切注意池内情况，对于各种异常情况，果断迅速的采取有效求助措施。 4、定期进行业务技术学习，相互交流经验，不断提高业务水平。 【岗位要求】 1、熟悉游泳池，服务知识，掌握游泳和救生急救技术，懂得游泳卫生消毒知识； 2、有在水中进行急救和在陆地上进行人工救护的能力。

【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店泳池区域的日常安全巡视，确保宾客游泳安全，及时发现并处理潜在危险。 2、严格执行救生员值班制度，保持高度警觉，随时准备应对突发溺水事件。 3、熟练使用各类救生器材（救生圈、救生杆、急救包等），定期检查设备完好性。 4、对违反泳池安全规定的行为进行劝阻，维持泳池区域秩序。 5、协助开展泳池水质检测工作，记录相关数据并及时上报异常情况。 6、参与制定并执行紧急救援预案，定期组织安全演练。 7、为宾客提供基础游泳指导与安全知识讲解。 【岗位要求】 1、持有国家认证的救生员资格证书（如游泳救生员国家职业资格证）。 2、掌握专业的水中救援技术及心肺复苏等急救技能。 3、责任心强，具备敏锐的观察力和快速反应能力。 4、能适应倒班工作制，包括节假日值班。 5、有酒店救生经验者优先。
