About the location: Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen is ideally located in the heart of the commercial district of Futian, across the Shenzhen Conference & Exhibition Center and a short walk from the Civic Center which houses the city’s Municipal Hall and Museum as well as near the famed Shenzhen Concert Hall and Library. The Hotel is surrounded by 3 modern shopping malls and is a few steps away from the subway metro station and 10-minute drive to 2 Hong Kong borders of Huanggang and Futian. 岗位职责 1.负责温泉游泳的绝对安全、勤巡视池内泳者的动态，发现溺水者要迅速处理，做好抢救工作并及时向领导报告 2.上班集中精神，不得与无关人员闲谈，救生台不得空岗，无关人员不得进入池面。 3.勤在泳池边观察。注意游泳者的动向，防止发生意外，保证宾客的安全。对不会游泳者可作技术指导。 4.定时检查更衣室，杜绝隐患。 岗位要求 1. 需持就救生员证。 2. 熟悉游泳池服务知识、掌握游泳和救生急救技术，懂得游泳卫生消毒知识，取得白卡以上救生证书。 3. 能按服务工作规范的质量标准独立进行工作。 4. 有在水中进行急救和在陆地上进行人工救护的能力。 工作地点：深圳市深汕特别合作区赤石镇水底山温泉庄园

岗位职责 1、负责部门团队的管理，建设团队文化。 2、负责分析经营状况，抓好财产管理，控制开支，提高经济效益。 3、发挥部属员工工作积极性。通过检查监督部门服务人员的工作态度、服务质量，抽查各岗位的工作情况。 4、负责健身中心、室内外泳池、网球场、室内高尔夫室、攀岩、保龄球等项目的相关工作安排和各项目设备设施的检查、维护及日常运营管理。 5、研究康乐消费市场，推广周期促销活动。 6、征求客人意见，处理客人投诉，分析服务质量管理中的问题。 7、参加酒店例会。主持部门例会，听取汇报，研究问题，布置任务。 岗位要求 1、大专以上学历，有相同岗位工作经验3年以上。 2、要求形象正面，工作态度端正。 3、对当地市场有一定的了解,熟悉本地宾客的消费心理,关注宾客需求，具备一定的客源。 4、能统筹娱乐部营业、管理、销售等工作。 5、具有良好的沟通技巧和对客沟通能力，超前的创新意识、营思路和丰富的管理经验。
