About the role Deliver the service standard at the Health Club including the swimming pool to ensure that it achieves guest’s satisfaction and Hotel standard 在健身中心（含泳池在内的）提供标准化服务，以确保达到客人的满意度和酒店标准。   What you will do Provide members and guests the highest level of safety with excellent guarding of the pool and enforcement of pool rules and regulations. Greet and properly register members and guests at the pool. Interacting and communicating with all the team members, peer group & management team. Interacting with hotel guests and members reporting complaints and providing feedback to the management. Attend regular meeting with the team to discuss any matter/issues. An understanding of The Pool and Fitness environment. Previous hotel experience/knowledge. Life Guard Certificate is required.
