【岗位职责】 1、负责为客户提供专业的面部及身体护理服务，包括但不限于基础护理、特色项目操作等 2、根据客户需求及皮肤/身体状况，制定个性化的护理方案并跟踪效果 3、熟练操作各类美容仪器设备，确保服务过程安全规范 4、维护护理区域环境卫生及仪器设备的日常清洁保养 5、主动挖掘客户潜在需求，合理推荐护理项目及产品 6、定期参加技术培训，掌握护理手法和产品知识 【岗位要求】 1、2年以上专业美容院或SPA会所工作经验，精通面部及身体护理全流程 2、熟悉各类美容仪器操作规范 3、具备扎实的皮肤生理学知识，能准确分析客户皮肤/身体问题 4、工作细致耐心，具有优秀的客户服务意识和沟通能力 5、吃苦耐劳，有强烈的进取心和团队协作精神 6、对美业有热情，愿意持续学习新技术，追求职业发展晋升
