工作内容：统筹汤泉区域（含汤池、淋浴区、休息区等）的日常运营管理，负责设施设备维护、清洁消杀执行、服务流程把控、团队排班培训及客诉与突发安全问题处理，确保运营规范与宾客体验。 任职资格：具备 1-3 年汤泉或休闲场所相关管理经验，熟悉汤泉运营流程、清洁消杀标准及安全规范，拥有良好的团队管理、沟通协调与应急处理能力，责任心强。
