工作内容： Under the general direction ofthe Recreation Manager and within the limits of established New World Hotels andlocal policies and procedures, handle guest requests in relation to the FitnessCentre in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner at all times. Reportsdirectly to the Gym Instructor/team leader in the absence of the RecreationManager. Ensuring guest relations function to achieve the highest possibleguest satisfaction to all guests and with specific responsibility for eachguest’s swimming pool arrival and departure experience.  在康体经理的引导下，遵循新世界酒店和当地政策和程序。始终以友好，高效和礼貌的方式处理健身中心的客人的要求，在康体经理缺席的情况下可向健身教练或主管汇报。与客人建立良好的关系，确保泳池客人的到达和离开的满意体验。
