主要工作职责： 1.具有高度的安全意识和责任感，对客人安全负责; 2.做好游泳者的安全管理; 3.密切注意池内情况，对于各种异常情况，果断迅速的采取有效求助措施; 4.定期进行业务技术学习，相互交流经验，不断提高业务水平。 任职资格： 1.熟悉游泳池，掌握游泳和救生急救技术，懂得游泳卫生消毒知识； 2.有在水中进行急救和在陆地上进行人工救护的能力; 3.持有救生员证。

岗位要求： 1.随时巡视各个泳池情况，注视客人和池内的动静。如客人有任何疑问，应耐心向客人解答。 2.巡视各个泳池，收集昨晚余留下脏毛巾，垃圾和杯子等。 3.巡视各个泳池挑最脏的泳池，放置自动吸尘器进行池底吸尘或手动池底吸尘。 4.开放毛巾柜台，将毛巾、医药箱、急救药箱、救生圈、充气机及电话摆出并检查。将毛巾摆成六条为一堆的金字塔形。 5.打扫所有的地板卫生，打捞泳池里的树叶，杂草及污油。 6.检查所有的泳圈是否有充足的气，如果没有气将充气并摆出来。 要求： 1.有同岗位工作经验 2.持有救生证

【岗位职责】 1、全面负责温泉部的日常运营管理工作，制定并执行部门年度工作计划及预算方案 2、监督温泉区域服务质量，建立标准化服务流程，确保客户体验达到五星级标准 3、负责温泉设备设施的维护保养管理，定期检查水质安全及卫生状况 4、组建并培训服务团队，制定绩效考核方案，提升员工专业技能与服务意识 5、分析经营数据，制定营销策略，开发特色温泉服务项目以提升营收 6、处理客户投诉及突发事件，建立应急预案并定期组织演练 7、协调与酒店其他部门的协作关系，优化资源配置 【岗位要求】 1、具备3年以上温泉/水疗中心或高端酒店相关管理经验，有成功运营案例者优先 2、熟悉温泉行业标准及卫生规范，掌握水质处理、设备维护等专业技术知识 3、出色的团队管理能力，能有效激励20人以上服务团队 4、具备敏锐的市场洞察力，有活动策划和成本控制经验 5、优秀的沟通协调能力及突发事件处理能力 6、身体健康，能适应高温潮湿工作环境及弹性工作时间 7、持有温泉管理、酒店管理相关证书者优先考虑

工作职责 ： 1、负责监督并执行康疗支柱的相关制度、流程与服务标准。 2、负责理疗师团队的培训、激励与绩效考核。 3、建设积极向上的团队文化，提升团队凝聚力与专业素养。 4、制定并实施全面的员工培训计划，持续提升团队专业技能与服务水准。 5、监督日常运营，确保环境、设施、卫生与安全符合公司标准。 6、高效协调CLP理疗院内部各部门工作，确保无缝协作。 7、处理客户反馈，提升整体宾客满意度。 任职要求 ： 1、持有IFA、CIBTAC等国际认可的水疗治疗师资格证书（ 加分项） 2、具备5年以上行业经验，及3年以上星级酒店水疗中心培训经验。 3、拥有丰富的团队培训经验，能够有效提升团队专业能力。 4、具备流利的英语沟通能力（书面及口语）。
