§   As soon as a guest enters the swimming pool, the life guard must stand by at the pool at all times. The main duty is to observe the water surface and all guests inside the water consistently. Lifeguard should NEVER leave their post unattended at any time. 工作职责： 保证个人仪容仪表符合酒店标准； 参加房务部每天晨会； 随时关注温泉客人数量，超出预订最大对客量时与上级沟通启动限流程序； 检查所辖区域对客服务设备、用品、员工服务等是否在标准状态，并随时指正； 随时检查监督接待员工账目情况，确保员工操作按标准完成，在下班前按程序完成与财务的账目交接； 随时掌握仓库出货情况，并确保员工是按正常程序出库登记； 掌握部门对客物品情况，随时下单进行补充； 每天负责召开部门班前会，布置当天工作分配及前一天发生的问题； 每天抽查员工对温泉池的水温控制、药包投放，确保达到部门要求； 负责餐饮对接，保障每天温泉区的茶水及免费水果的供应，并根据季节随时调整品种； 服从工作安排 ， 随时完成上级领导的工作分配；     工作要求 : 具有较好的专业技能，有温泉管理经验，熟悉温泉的日常运作； 能吃苦耐劳，为人真诚，具有较强的执行力； 具有较强的语言组织能力及培训能力
