【岗位职责】 1、负责宾客游泳的安全、勤巡视池内泳者的动态，发现溺水者要迅速处理，做好抢救工作并及时向领导报告。 2、认真做好每天的清场工作。 3、负责游泳池水质的测验和保养及游泳场地的环境卫生。 4、上班集中精神，不得与无关人员闲谈，救生台不得空岗，无关人员不得进入池面。 5、勤在泳池边观察。注意游泳者的动向，防止发生意外，保证宾客的安全。对不会游泳者可作技术指导。 6、定时检查更衣室，补充耗品，巡查周边环境安全杜绝隐患。 【岗位要求】 1、高中以上学历，持有有效救生员证书，有2年以上救生员工作经历优先考虑。 2、熟悉游泳池服务知识、掌握游泳和救生急救技术，掌握游泳卫生消毒知识，取得白卡以上救生证书。 3、能按服务工作规范的质量标准独立进行工作。 4、需具备水上紧急救援技能及陆地人工救护专业知识，能够在发生水上或陆地意外时，迅速、有效地实施急救措施，保障人员安全。

岗位职责： 1、对部门上级领导负责，负责所辖区域内的娱乐活动项目的全面管理； 2、负责对各业务版主成员的工作安排； 3、了解掌握各活动场所的营业状况，根据客情技师调配人力； 4、负责检查各班组的物料用品的领用与耗用情况； 5、负责处理客人投诉，并将处理结果上报本部门经理； 6、参加例会，总结当日工作，落实各班组提出的有待解决的问题； 7、协助领导对每日客流进行综合分析制定接待方案，保证每天的营运正常； 8、当班期间安全生产，需认真检查岗位的安全问题，负责对下属安全职责的监督、指导，避免安全事故的发生； 9、廉洁自律，严格遵守公司一切涉及收账、入账流程和各项管理规定。 岗位要求： 1、具有4年以上工作水上项目工作经验，2年以上同岗位管理经验； 2、熟悉部门所有的项目和设备； 3、善于沟通，责任心强，持有救生证者优先考虑。
