4-6年酒店采购工作经验
有成本控制经验,以及供应商开发和筛选经验
精通普通话和英语,具备出色的沟通能力。
注重细节,能在压力下保持积极态度。
良好的人际交往和团队协作能力。
大专及以上学历
Key Responsibilities:
Manage procurement processes to ensure compliance with company policies and promptly report any deviations.
Communicate and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the good purchasing conditions.
Evaluate and select suppliers based on criteria such as cost, quality, and delivery capability.
Maintain a list of approved suppliers and regularly review contracts to ensure competitive pricing.
Coordinate cross-departmental teams to complete market research.
Communication and Reporting:
Design communication procedures to reduce urgent orders and optimize inventory management.
Propose improvements to procurement processes to enhance cost-effectiveness and supply chain efficiency.
Job Requirements:
4-6 years working experience in hotel purchasing
Experience in cost control, and experience in supplier development and screening
Proficient in Mandarin and English, with excellent communication skills.
Pay attention to detail and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
Good interpersonal skills and teamwork skills.
College degree or above

§ To push and ensure all team members to compile and record guest preferences, like and dislikes, and to track it in preference sheet or guest profile system.

§ Coordinate activities with other Retreat departments in order to facilitate increased levels of communication and guest satisfaction.

§ To regularly inspect the quality of service provided by all wellness concierge team members, and to ensure that all services are delivered according to standard.

Responsibilities:
-Be responsible for maintaining order of the reception areas/lounges
-Be responsible for making new bookings and communicating accordinglywith protocols
-Be responsible for check in and check out procedures, plus answeringguest inquiries regarding the spa experience in person, on the phone, or viaemail, plus booking treatments, membership programs and billingprocedures.
-Be responsible for helping guests select and purchase products andprepare packaging options.
-Be responsible for reviewing and updating guest history data
-Helpguests understand membership programs, Work with the team to achieve the bestcustomer experience
-Sharein driving of sales and revenue
Requirements:
-Being computer literate and willing to learn new hardware and softwareskills is essential.
-Experience in a reception job. And/or guest personnel position withminimum of 2 years’ experience preferably in a hotel or spa.
-Infinity.
-Fluent in English both written and spoken.

专业知识技能:

2. 掌握使用互联网及其它主要电脑系统的知识。
3. 掌握应用销售及前台的电脑系统。
4. 了解团队会展市场,商务旅游、旅游业国际市场,会议旅游及餐饮销售。
5. 能够掌握和理解市场和竞争。
教育:
- 四年制学士学位工商管理、市场营销、酒店管理或相关专业; 5年奢华酒店的销售管理经验和市场营销或相关专业领域。
经验:
- 三年以上团队领导工作经历。
- 三年以上奢华酒店团队销售经验。
其它技能要求:
1. 优秀的中,英文口头表达及书写能力。
2. 良好的电脑技能,至少会使用微软办公室、互联网及其它的流行出版软件。
3. 良好的人际交往和沟通技巧。
4. 独立工作以及在压力下工作的能力
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1. Leadership skills and knowledge of all tasks within the area of responsibility.
2. Knowledge and experience in Internet and other major computer programs.
3. Ability to use Sales and Front Office computer systems.
4. Knowledge in MICE, Corporate, Travel Industry, Meeting and Catering sales.
5. Ability and understanding of the market and competition.
Education:
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management, or related major; 5 years team leader experience in the luxury hotel sales and marketing or related professional area.
Experience:
- Demonstrated skills in supervising a team for at least 3 years.
- Group sales experience in luxury hotel for at least 3 years.
Additional Skill required:
1. Excellent written and spoken Mandarin & English are a must.
2. Good computer skills with minimum requirement in use of Microsoft Office, Internet and other popular software.
3. Good interpersonal & communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and under pressure
