【岗位职责】 1、制定本部门预防性维修保养计划有效保障酒店设备、设施安全经济运行完好。 2、掌握当班能源消耗及维修费用，确保酒店最大限度的节能、节支。 3、推行节能运行计划的实施和运行维修费用预算的控制。 4、协助分析工程项目报价单，亲临现场检查施工与工程进度。 5、协助工程部经理做好消防，安全工作。 6、协助建立完整的设备技术档案和维修档案。 7、负责各类设备的检修和相关服务，如，洗衣设备、厨房设备、加热设备、通风和空调设备、包括发动机、泵、风扇、水处理装置、污水处理装置和发电机、电灯和供电、CCTV、电话、电视、消防、生命与安全设备和系统。 8、为各类工程设备、机房和系统的全部检修和保养提供专业知识。 【岗位要求】 1、高中以上文化程度；3年以上同岗位工作经验。 2、必须掌握机电工程设备的基础知识。 3、能充分领会工程部经理的经营意识，能组织和指挥工程部各项工作计划的实施，确保工程部的正常运转。 4、有强烈的事业心与责任心和配合精神，秉公办事，不谋私利。 5、身体健康，精力充沛。

岗位职责： 通过创意与技术，为酒店提供视觉设计支持，提升品牌形象、产品吸引力及用户体验。 1. 视觉设计 设计各类宣传海报、电商平台、社交媒体、酒店印刷品等，满足市场推广和品牌传播需求。对接供应商，确保宣传品准时准确送达。 2. 图像处理 拍摄、编辑和优化酒店产品、活动照片、人物图像、视频等，协助酒店影像资料存档。 3.配合协作 与各部门紧密合作，理解项目需求及目标，参与团队头脑风暴，提供创意和设计方面的建议。 4.自我提升 关注设计行业的最新趋势和技术，不断提升自身设计水平和创新能力。 5.其他日常工作 协助市场传讯经理完成其他日常工作，节约宣传费用成本，维护酒店品牌形象。 工作技能要求： 1. 大专以上学历。 2. 商业艺术设计专业或相关专业。 3. 至少两年美工工作经验或一年以上五星级酒店相关工作经验。 4. 熟悉办公常用软件，酒店软件，简单英语认知能力。 5. 熟练运用微软办公软件, Power Point, Photoshop, Illustrator，并能熟练运用网络。 6. 富有创造精神和创新能力，认真负责。
