【岗位职责】 1、负责迎接客人，引导客人入座，为客人介绍场所设施和服务项目。 2、根据客人的需求，提供对应的项目服务。 3、协助客人调项目节设备，确保娱乐活动的顺利进行。 4、保持座位的整洁，清理桌面垃圾。 5、协调与其他服务员或工作人员的工作，确保服务的连贯性和高效性。 6、确保场所内的消防安全，熟悉消防设备的使用方法，并在紧急情况下能够迅速疏散客人。 7、协助客人进行结账，确保账单准确无误。 8、有一定的耐心，能够带领小朋友开展活动（例如绘画、手工DIY等）。 【岗位要求】 1、服务意识强，能够主动为客人提供优质服务。 2、具备良好的沟通能力，能够与客人进行愉快的交流，解决客人的问题。 3、学习能力及理解能力强，能够熟练操作相关设备。 4、具备良好的身体素质，能够适应快节奏的工作环境。 5、由于该岗位要接待儿童的特殊性，将优先考虑女性候选人。 【常用班次】 早班8:30-17:00 晚班13:30-22:00
