岗位职责 1、 保证用具和餐具的洁净卫生。负责布草的送洗、点数与记数工作。 2、 负责场所内物品的摆设，做好服务前准备工作，保证所有的器皿无斑无迹，准备营业所需物品。 3、 补充所缺的出售品。 4、 熟悉各项服务项目，了解其价格，掌握服务方式。 5、 按所规定的服务程序与规格，为宾客提供服务。 6、 将各类用过的物品分类送至指定的地点摆放，并及时补充。 岗位要求 1、中专以上学历，有相同岗位工作经验1年以上。 2、熟悉康乐部的服务特点和服务项目。 3、较强的酒店产品推销能力。
