【岗位职责】~~女性优先~~ 1、负责酒店泳池区域的日常安全巡视，确保泳客安全，及时处理突发溺水事件； 2、为酒店住客及会员提供专业游泳教学指导，制定个性化训练计划； 3、维护泳池区域秩序，监督并纠正泳客的不安全行为； 4、定期检查救生设备（如救生圈、AED等）的完好性，确保应急物资可用； 5、协助完成泳池水质检测、清洁消毒等日常管理工作； 6、参与酒店组织的健康主题活动，推广游泳课程及会员服务； 7、完成上级交办的其他与泳池运营相关的工作任务。 【岗位要求】 1、持有国家认证的救生员资格证书及游泳社会指导员证书（必备）； 2、具备扎实的游泳技能（至少掌握两种以上标准泳姿），有游泳教学经验者优先； 3、反应敏捷，体能优秀，能胜任长时间站立及紧急救援工作； 4、具备基础急救知识（如CPR、伤口处理等），熟悉AED使用流程； 5、服务意识强，善于与不同年龄段客户沟通，普通话流利； 6、能适应排班制工作（含周末及节假日），无纹身等明显外观特征； 7、有高端酒店或会所泳池工作经验者优先考虑。
