岗位职责 1.全面负责泳池及水上区域安全管控，落实安全制度，巡查场地、救生器材与警示标识，及时制止宾客危险行为。 2.负责救生员团队排班、日常管理、仪容纪律监督，组织救生技能、急救及应急培训演练。 3.监管泳池水质、设施设备日常检查，联动工程做好维保，保障场地合规运营。 4.统筹溺水、受伤等突发事件应急救援与处置，做好事件记录上报。 5.维护现场秩序与对客服务，处理客诉，完善各类安全台账，严控运营风险。岗位要求 1、在有效期内的救生证。 2、遵守相关岗位职责。 3、具备良好的沟通能力。 4、对酒店健身中心的产品和游泳服务有广泛的理解。

Safety Monitoring & Emergency Response) 持续观察 (Constant Vigilance): 时刻密切关注泳池区域，辨别游泳者是否处于困境，观察是否存在危险状况、异常或不安全的活动。 Continuously observe the pool area, identifying swimmers in distress and spotting hazardous conditions, irregularities, or unsafe activities. 紧急处理 (Emergency Response): 一旦发现溺水或其他紧急情况，需立即采取恰当的救援技术进行施救。在紧急医疗服务到达前，为受伤的客人提供必要的援助。 Immediately employ appropriate rescue techniques in the event of drowning or other emergencies. Provide necessary first aid and assistance to injured guests until the arrival of emergency medical services. 事故报告 (Incident Reporting): 及时向经理汇报所有事故、伤害和不安全的工作状况。 Promptly report all accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager. 2. 卓越服务与宾客互动 (2. Proactively anticipate and fulfill their service needs and express genuine gratitude to guests. 营造氛围 (Creating Atmosphere): 为客人营造一个有趣、放松的氛围，清晰专业地宣传和解释泳池及康体中心的规则与设施。 Create a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests. Clearly and professionally communicate and explain the rules and facilities of the pool and wellness center. 协助特殊需求 (Assisting with Special Needs): 主动为有障碍的客人提供帮助，确保他们也能安全享受设施。 Proactively offer assistance to guests with disabilities, ensuring they can also safely enjoy the facilities. 3. 设施维护与环境管理 (3. Facility Maintenance & Environment Management) 环境清洁 (Environmental Cleanliness): 负责泳池甲板的清洗、拖洗和整体清洁工作，确保环境一尘不染。同时，按照酒店标准程序整理和叠放毛巾。 Responsible for cleaning, mopping, and the overall upkeep of the pool deck, ensuring a pristine environment. Fold and arrange towels according to hotel standards. 水质管理 (Water Quality Management): 负责游泳池水质的测验和保养，确保水质符合卫生标准。 Responsible for testing and maintaining the pool water quality, ensuring it meets all health and safety standards. 设备检查 (Equipment Inspection): 定期检查更衣室等区域，杜绝安全隐患。对工具、设备进行视觉检查，确保其正常可用。 Regularly inspect areas such as locker rooms to eliminate potential safety hazards. Perform visual inspections of tools and equipment to ensure they are in proper working order. 体力要求 (Physical Demands): 能够快速奔跑、攀爬、弯腰、扭转以应对紧急情况。能够搬举不超过50磅（约22.7公斤）的物品，或在协助下搬举超过75磅（约34公斤）的物品。 Able to run, climb, bend, and twist quickly to respond to emergencies. Able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds (approx. 22.7 kg) without assistance, and items over 75 pounds (approx. 34 kg) with assistance.
