Responsible for performing all Spa services, in a safe, clean and professional manner to guests and members. Provide uncompromised attention to guests and member service.

Serve as catalyst to promote spa services to members and hotel guests.
未进行按摩服务时,协助提供水疗中心内其他的服务。
Assist in any and all ways in the spa when not scheduled to perform aesthetic services.
保持并更新个人服务知识,了解皮肤护理产品知识和程序的改变。
Constantly maintain an up to date knowledge of the personal services performed and any revisions in the skin care products or procedures used.
协助发展并坚持提高水疗中心服务水平的市场策略。
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies which will enhance the quality of services at the spa.
岗位职责
1、以十分专业、友善的商业态度工作,并履行职位要求的各种责任和义务,以及水疗总监安排的任务;
Work with a very professional and friendly business attitude, and perform various responsibilities and obligations required by the position, as well as tasks arranged by the spa director;
2、协助完成所有运营方面的培训工作;
Assist to complete all operational training;
3、协助水疗总监进行日常检查理疗师做的理疗项目和标准操作流程;
Assist the spa director in daily inspection of physical therapy items and standard operating procedures made by physiotherapists;
4、给酒店员工进行Spa方面的培训;
Provide Spa training for hotel staff;
5、处理客人投诉,必要时处理前台的工作;
Handle guest complaints and handle front desk work when necessary;
6、每周评估并回顾所有理疗疗程。
Evaluate and review all physical therapy sessions every week.
职位要求
1、至少3年水疗行业相关管理工作经验,酒店水疗行业最佳;
At least 3 years management experience in spa industry, preferably in hotel spa industry;
2、必须有良好的数学思维,技术能力,及Spa知识;
Must have good mathematical thinking, technical ability and Spa knowledge;
3、要了解Spa行业的最新趋势;
To understand the latest trends in the Spa industry;
4、最好有Spa行业的专业电脑知识,例如Spa操作软件;
It is best to have professional computer knowledge in Spa industry, such as Spa operating software;
5、必须能够掌握基本的电脑知识。
Must be able to master basic computer knowledge.
