【岗位职责】 1、负责宾客游泳的绝对安全、勤巡视池内泳者的动态，发现溺水者要迅速处理，做好抢救工作并及时向领导报告。 2、认真做好每天的清场工作。 3、负责游泳池水质的测验和保养及游泳场地的环境卫生。 4、上班集中精神，不得与无关人员闲谈，救生台不得空岗，无关人员不得进入池面。 5、勤在泳池边观察。注意游泳者的动向，防止发生意外，保证宾客的安全。对不会游泳者可作技术指导。 6、定时检查更衣室，杜绝隐患。 【岗位要求】 1、大专及以上学历。 2、熟悉游泳池服务知识、掌握游泳和救生急救技术，掌握游泳卫生消毒知识，取得白卡以上救生证书，以及教练证。 3、能按服务工作规范的质量标准独立进行工作。 4、需具备水上紧急救援技能及陆地人工救护专业知识，能够在发生水上或陆地意外时，迅速、有效地实施急救措施，保障人员安全。
