确保遵循品牌承诺并始终提供优异的对客人。 Ensures the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times. 礼貌而高效地处理所有客人投诉和询问，确保问题得到圆满解决。 Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily. 紧密协助配合水疗及健身中心副经理，确保健身中心的运营流畅。 Works in close coordination with the Assistant Spa & Health Club Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the Fitness Centre. 遵循酒店的政策和程序为会员及客人进行私人训练。 Conducts personal training referencing guidelines under Policies and Procedures. 实施参与水疗及健身中心每月的各项活动。 Conducts monthly Spa & Fitness Centre activities. 熟知健身中心的所有服务和标准及服务技巧。 To know the fitness centre all service knowledge and standards and service skills. 在工作执行期间有能力对团队成员起到带领和有效沟通作用。 To be able to lead and communicate with his/her colleagues during the outlet operation. 通过不断的检查各自的区域来迅速并有效的确保所有客人对清洁和卫生的需求。 Ensure that all customers' needs with regards to cleanliness and hygiene are attended to promptly and efficiently by having a continual surveillance of the respective areas in the Spa. 确保尽可能高标准的卫生，使水疗中心和健身区域的设施和设备整洁有序，包括更衣室、游泳池、后场办公室、健身中心。 Ensures the highest possible standard of hygiene, cleanliness and orderliness of the Spa area, facilities and equipment, including locker rooms, pool, pantry, guest lift, fitness area.

岗位职责 负责健身房、游泳、KTV等娱乐设施日常运营、设备检查及安全巡查，保障正常安全使用。 策划、执行会所娱乐活动，贴合会员需求及高端氛围。 提供健身房、游泳、KTV等娱乐设施使用指导、解答咨询，收集反馈优化服务。 排查安全隐患，协助处理突发安全事宜，做好相关物资管理。 服从上级安排，配合各部门支援，优化服务流程。 任职资格 学历专业：大专以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理专业优先； 年龄形象：20-35岁，形象佳、身体健康，无不良嗜好，女士160cm以上，男士172cm以上； 经验：1-2年高端场所娱乐、健身相关经验，熟悉健身、游泳设施运营； 职业素养：责任心、执行力强，职业素养良好，注重细节，严格遵守公司规章制度；  必备技能：具备基础活动策划执行能力，持有救生员、健身相关证书者优先； 其他：具备基础活动策划执行能力，持有救生员、健身相关证书者优先，可灵活主动支援相关岗位； 热爱海洋生活方式，认同游艇会文化，热爱运动娱乐行业。
