一、岗位职责 1.带领团队为客人提供个性化的SPA体验； 2.收集客人喜好并通知前厅部记录留档，并确保这些需求和喜好在客人本次及将来入住时会被一直满足； 3.系统化宾客认知流程以确保对宾客尤其是对常客的认知度，同时保证贵宾得到特殊关注； 4.在康体中心与酒店其他部门之间有效的沟通来提高宾客体验； 5.确保部门人员熟悉使用SPA中心室内设施以便帮助客人； 6.为所有客人和访客提供安全保障； 7.为新员工提供培训和更新培训报告，前台服务标准及每日报表培训，督促新员工进行练习，培训SPA手法和零售产品知识。 8、完成领导交办的其它工作。 二、任职要求 1、全日制大专及以上学历，具备良好的形象和气质，具备3年以上SPA行业的经营管理工作经验，熟悉水疗SPA或相关产业的运营流程，并有相关工作成功案例‌； 2、具备极强的团队领导技巧和管理才能，能够建设团队文化，带领团队完成各项任务‌； 3、需要有敏锐的商业触觉，能够与合作伙伴建立长期稳定的合作关系，并负责店内各部门以及与外部的协调和管理‌； 4、熟悉SPA服务流程和产品，能够为客户提供专业的SPA按摩和美容服务，了解精油和颂钵等专业知识‌。

工作职责： 保证个人仪容仪表符合酒店标准； 参加房务部每天晨会； 随时关注温泉客人数量，超出预订最大对客量时与上级沟通启动限流程序； 检查所辖区域对客服务设备、用品、员工服务等是否在标准状态，并随时指正； 随时检查监督接待员工账目情况，确保员工操作按标准完成，在下班前按程序完成与财务的账目交接； 随时掌握仓库出货情况，并确保员工是按正常程序出库登记； 掌握部门对客物品情况，随时下单进行补充； 每天负责召开部门班前会，布置当天工作分配及前一天发生的问题； 每天抽查员工对温泉池的水温控制、药包投放，确保达到部门要求； 负责餐饮对接，保障每天温泉区的茶水及免费水果的供应，并根据季节随时调整品种； 服从工作安排 ， 随时完成上级领导的工作分配；     工作要求 : 具有较好的专业技能，有温泉管理经验，熟悉温泉的日常运作； 能吃苦耐劳，为人真诚，具有较强的执行力； 具有较强的语言组织能力及培训能力

岗位职责 1、协助康乐部经理，主持康乐部工作。 2、巡查泳池及健身设备，保障正常运转；抽查部门各种设施和安全相关设施，确定设备能正常运行及能保障客人安全。 3、充分调动员工的工作积极性。通过领班检查监督部门服务人员的工作态度、服务质量。不定期地抽查各岗位的工作情况；对人员、物资、服务质量、安全、防火负全责。 4、收集和征求客人意见，处理客人投诉，分析服务质量管理中的问题并提出整改措施。 5、协助部门经理对员工进行培训，并制定相关管理规范，保证服务质量。 6、完成上级交办的其他工作。 岗位要求 1、中专以上学历，拥有2年及以上相同岗位工作经历优先。 2、持有救生证、红十字急救证书，熟练掌握泳池水质调节技术； 3、具有良好的沟通技巧，能够承受工作压力，积极应对问题，保持良好的工作状态。

【岗位职责】 1、负责部门团队的管理，建设团队文化。 2、负责分析经营状况，抓好财产管理，控制开支，提高经济效益。 3、发挥部属员工工作积极性。通过领班检查监督部门服务人员的工作态度、服务质量，抽查各岗位的工作情况。 4、积极进取，对spa温泉会所业务有创造力，包含活动之企划与执行及新产品与spa 疗程设计或服务项目之开发。 5、检视所有spa备品及相关设备，提出控制、请领、采购以维持备品安全存量及标准。 6、监督员工对政策与程序的完成，并对其考核及教育训练。 7、征求客人意见，处理客人投诉，分析服务质量管理中的问题。 8、参加酒店例会。主持部门例会，听取汇报，研究问题，布置任务。 9、制定年度预算计划；确定完全遵守部门的营业预算和所有成本费用完全地被控制。 10、确保全区所有设施及整体环境的维护和整洁卫生。 【岗位要求】 1、女性，大专以上学历，旅游、酒店管理专业为佳。 2、从事五星级酒店工作3年以上，具有2年以上温泉SPA相关管理工作经验有酒店筹建、开业经验优先。 3、熟悉酒店温泉SPA部各服务标准及管理流程，善于成本控制。 4、具有良好的协调沟通、管理和团队建设能力，事业心强。 5、具有国际品牌酒店工作经验者优先。 6、对SPA产业投资有全面较强的预控能力，较强的商务谈判能力和较强的逻辑思维和文字能力。 7、具有丰富的会所管理实践经验，了解SPA行业的发展趋势。
