• Degree in Business, Sales or Marketing;
学士以上学位:商业、销售或市场专业;
• Training or experience in Luxury products, Hospitality, Cosmetics or Pharmacy will be considered a plus;
有奢侈品、酒店、化妆品或制药方面的培训或工作经验者优先考虑;
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing promotion in luxury business;
至少有5年的奢侈品市场推广经验;
• Have the drive, the passion and commitment to achieve personal and company goals;

• Excellent network in luxury and hospitality industry and high-end B2B partner especially in luxury business;

• Excellent communication skills and confirmed experience in “value selling”;

Responsibilities
主要职责
• Strategy & Planning: Developstrategy and marketing plans, for all Marketing dimensions, including Market, PR,Digital, and Communications, in line with corporate guidelines;

• Sales-Marketing mindset: turn businessobjectives into a robust and effective marketing strategy to help the businessachieve its goals. Identify opportunities to recruit customers at opening andexpand market share;
市场销售的思维模式:将公司的目标转化为强大有效的营销策略,帮助企业实现目标。在开业时寻找机会招揽客户,扩大市场份额;
• Demand Generation; utilize a variety ofmarketing tactics to generate leads and drive bookings;
利用各种营销策略来产生潜在客户和推动预订量;
• Marketing CRM : ensure marketing andsales activities are connected, workflows are set up and working, and contentis used to personalize the experience and drive sales

• Ensure that the message is strong andconsistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, emailcampaigns, web pages and promotional material);

• Collaterals: ensure production oftools, as per corporate guidelines;

• Monitor competition in the market;
